Skinny Skinny Colorado

Whoo Hoo!!! Colorado has once again been placed on the top of the skiniest states list! We should all be proud! Now I know that the numbers of obese individuals are rising especially since the advent of nintendo game systems. Hell when I was in the service the Army was contemplating reducing the physical standards because so many new recruits were fat and lazy, and as a result of their sedentary lives most were getting injured due to weak bone structure!! If only wars were decided by thumb wrestlers, all of our nintendo generation would whoop some serious ass!! Now back to the subject at hand. For those of you that fit into the obese category (even if you don't want to admit it you know who you are). Think of all of the activities out there you could get into to help out. Even a walk around the block will benefit. Give it a shot and get out doors!!
