Olde School

Happy day to all! If you're not having a happy day drink a few of these Olde School Barley Wine Style Ales from DogFish Head Brewery and then tell me how you feel. If you're ready for one of these you better like Barley Wines and you better like them on the sour side, but most importantly you better be ready for a high ABV! Because this bad boy has it all and the ABV is a monstrous 15%, yeah buddy!!! Olde School goes down easy enough but bites back quick with a barley smack. It pours to a light copper body with a very thin head, and an even thinner lacing left on the glass. Take your time with these, or its heafty alcohol content will knock you on your butt. No joke, this is one strong beer. I have to stop drinking this or I might not finish this post.

I do not recommend you finishing a long night of drinking with Olde School, and keep it away from all forms of shenanigans. Take your time to enjoy this exception ale from Dogfish Head hell it may even be worth your time to kick back with two or three and a friend to share them with. I'm thinking of paring this at our UpaDowna Thanksgiving Feast. Yeah, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry, and a crew of great friends and loved ones (both the beers and the people). Because that's what it's all about. Now go get your own, if you can handle it.

Menikmati,
